This is a great looking asset, but unfortunately it seems to break the Park Maintenance Building in my city. With the asset placed the maintenance building keeps failing to send out trucks (0/10 -> 1/10 -> 0/10 -> etc...). Deleting the marina fixes the park maintenance truck routing problem.

I found out what issue makes this asset "unplacable". It interferes with the "Parkify" Mod- i noticed that this asset had become unplacable for me, yet it is still possible to place it within park areas.

if you can find the asset but can't place it then there's something else going on. Assets cannot prevent themselves from being placed, that's a game mechanics function. Either you need proper zoning, Ploppable RICO mod, or there's another mod preventing you from placing this asset.

To anyone still here. This is a great asset and works fine. To place the ships use the Move It mod. Plonk one down nearby and go to top-down view and align it as best you can. Then spam out several more (CTRL C). They'll be in the same alignment. Finally move them into their berths.

Please do some baroque buildings form Prague, Austria or Slovakia. I love this architecture and I would like to create a baroque city center with monuments ;) I see you have created some Prague buildings and i find those beautiful... ! ;)
