a small suggestion, as this represents both the British Army and the Royal Marine Commandos it uses the same infantry model for the commandos and the army soldiers. I looked up that it is based on the marine commando's loadout, gear, and uniform (especially that type of UBACS). i suggest make the army have a more standard issue loadout like standard gloves or no gloves RNG, and for them to use the standard issue British Army combat shirt with untucked pants and brown-ish boots (based on what i've seen on images on google). Nonetheless, its a fantastic and authentic mod.

This mod throws an error because (I'm guessing) one or more loadouts use the "rhsusf_acc_omega9k" from RHS USAF - not an explicitly stated dependency. Will this ever be fixed?

Hello my dedicated server wont download any of the 3CB BAF workshop mods neither will my computer when subscribing just downloads 144b of data

Some units spawn with only 1 magazine of ammo. Optics show blackness around the rest of the screen as if I was blind periferally. Is there any chance the default units will carry more than 1 single magazine?

Nope - but if your download is, try deleting it and redownloading.

Ok definitive answer regarding Cold War unit errors.

"CW and ACE are optional, and not part of the main mod. CW adds RHS dependency and ACE is obviously ACE. On Steam these are placed into a single optional download that introduces both ACE and RHS as dependencies".

If you want to run CW Units you need ACE and RHS. No way around that.

CW was an after thought for us and was a quick fix for no CW units.
BTW this has not changed. CW have always been bundled with ACE. Primarily because all the optionals are really only for 3CB, and hence we use RHS and ACE as defacto for 5+ years.


Could it be changed, yes. Will it be changed? Who knows. A lot of work for very little gain (none for 3CB).


Bare in mind that we're talking about CW units and not CW equipment/weapons/uniforms.

I've asked about that error, it's just not something we see, so I honestly think the answer is going to be either A: you're running something else that is causing a conflict. B: you're not running a 100% validated mod and it's somehow corrupted. But I promise to check and come back 👍

Horrendous. Weapons with optics take up 1/3 of my view. recoil of some weapons sends the sight clipping though my face. Friendly Ai in gunner seat are set to safe by default. They will set the gun back to safe randomly, getting you killed. Some vehicles are nearly invulnerable but that may be ACE's fault. Overall worse than global mobilisation. Would not recommend.

I'm a big fan of the 3CB effects module. Is it necessary to run all 3CB mods to get that one module or can you run certain ones?

Amazing mod, beautiful models, but do you really need 20 editor categories in blufor??? There is a whole separate category for just one helicopter pilot.

Have you tried it with just our mods + CBA, and have you re-verified your download & Arma? And if so, which units in particular?

Try loading only the 3CB mods and see if you still have the problem, could be a mod conflict

Yep, that was my mistake I overlooked their twitter on their website

They haven't removed it. Steam has hidden it while it is under investigation over an abuse claim. They have announced it on their Twitter.

Well seems RKSL has removed their attachments mod from Steam Workshop.
But it still exists on Armaholic if anyone needs it, but will be a pain for units that use it

Look at the modules section of the editor, there's one for 3CB (I don't remember the name of it but it should be self explanatory) that lets you disable the scripted loadouts and use your own.
Or you can use a vanilla unit and customize his loadout with 3CB stuff.

Love these mods.

BUT..... When I kit out some dude with a different uniform other than the Desert DPM he started with, when I load the mission, it doesnt load the selected kit. Just the dessy stuff he originally had. :(
