I don't know since when but as of Stellaris v.4.0.23, this mod crashes the game.

@Fugasas could you prity please update this mod.

I have really liked the traits so I checked and made minor changes to make it at least run-able

Broken for now. Really need update. A lot of empires was build with this mod!

Mod is broken at the moment. At least for me. Games crashes after loading ingame after empire selection.

First # is game #. Second is mod #. This can easily be identified if you have steam url display enabled. Easy fix takes 1 minute. Be sure to press ctrl + f while in the notpad to find the line fast.
Type in "leader_age" and press the down button to seach this instance down the notepad. Theres only about 5 instances so quick rewrites and onto gaming in under 5 minutes max.

@Seelenschwarz I din't find any "united_traits.txt" on my computer, either on stellaris folder in steam either in mod folder.

common\traits\united_traits.txt

traits with lifespan changes (ancient, immortal) dont do anything anymore but otherwise everything else works

Traits that affect the life span no longer reflect how many years they can add or take. I suspect that because of this, the game now crashes if the ruler is declared immortal by decree.

I'd like to add to The Angel of Death's comment below, to anyone looking to install this mod I have recently experienced the same CTD. I have quite a large load order, and had previously had this mod functional; it may be that it is displaying incompatibility with other trait mods I have recently added but regrettably I am not technical enough to be sure.

Worth considering not including in more complex load orders.

Not sure what the change was but recently CTD on my end when it was previously working. Had to disable in order to get my game to play.

The modifier for the leader's max age looks to have changed. You currently have it as 'leader_age = +80' When now it would need to be 'leader_lifespan_add = 80'

Personally I think individualist and collectivist shouldn't be on here considering they're ethics introduced by Ruling Class, but this is an awesome mod!

Do any of these get in the way or are redundent in some way. With the New base game stuff like. Subteranian origin? For example. i don't remember if it was this mod or another. But I remember some mod giving a trait called some thing like underground living or some thing. I think it was kinda ment to be like the Aquatic trait. But more simple in nature. But would some thing like that be a Problem to get. While also have the Subterainian Origin? Thanks for your time. :)

@Fugass I wasn't able to fix the issue on my PC, but i got it just fine on a different computer np, so yeah sorry. Definitely nothing wrong with the mod.

@Vulpi, descriptor is present, thus it is your local issue related to pdx manager.

@Werebat, I have not made any changes for months. Thus please check other mods.

Crashes my game at 100% loaded. I do have a lot of other mods, but it used to work fine with them a few months ago.

Missing file ugc_850721710.mod doesn't seem to download with the rest of the mod for some reason?

Keep getting missing descriptor file error, no matter how many times i delete all relevant folders and files and redownload them.

@ReMeDy, I would say vice versa some events trigger some traits. You will not loose a lot by using modded traits.
