@seth, I assume he wants custom models and different skins. Nobody will make custom models with custom skins for less than 10$. But you are just a kid that does not know anything about content creation. Also you don't have to get salty about this. The thing is, you don't place the ragdolls and use the color tool to change the damn colors. It has a bit more timespending work than that. Next time think about what you say.
