Unable to design and build Titan

Might want to look into the Improved Space Battles addtional ship type mod and then attaching these models into compatiibility mod for that (or a similiar additional ship type mod) As it stands now, this is cool once but these ships are dumb overpowered and I just don't use them anymore, especially in multiplayer. (A shame since the Hel is my baby) Just a thought (or maybe two split mods, II dunno)
