@Lancer not really, the main idea with this weapon was a wooden stock and front. The Soviet theme was an afterthought. Also I'm not Trying to get it submitted to the game, this skin is for you and me to use for free. Glad you liked it, and you can never have enough Soviet themed work.

@Artem_612_218 make sure you don't have another weapon skin equipped. Also delete the part that's in the brackets so just WEP_1P_AK12_TEX.upk is being placed in the folder.

thats exact the steps i did and it didnt work! i have 5 other skins from workshop that all worked but this one wouldnt no matter how may times i re do it!

@Artem_612_218 you have to launch the game so it appears in the cache, sorting by last modified is a good way to find it faster.

copy the from C:\Users\fasfafasf\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache
and paste it here
C:\Users\fasfafasf\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Published\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\AK12 ...
if you dont have any foldrer in documents then create them one by one first KFGAme>Published>BrewedPC>pakages>Weapons>AK12..
if your downloading is not starting then open the game and close it but subcripe it first...
if you still dont know how to download kf2 workshop then watch youtube.
