Get a Soundemitter double e2 from someone on a trainbuild server, then replace the sounds in it with the paths in the folder for the sounds. If the folder doesn't show up in the sound browser, follow the instructions in the description.

so im kind of new to this but how exactly do i get the horns on the locomotives..?

just going to put this out here but I think you might need to edit the horns, the starting files for the original horns needs to somehow be layered onto the loop, it's rather tedious but if you can get it, the horns will be a bit more potent to the ear.
