Zero898 30 mar 2021, ore 14:34
it would be good to tell which one is which
cooter 31 lug 2020, ore 10:14
@Mister-E here's the thing, i search them up and they wont appear on the model list.
Mister-E  [autore] 30 lug 2020, ore 19:07
@krackedfilms there's a transparent layer to make them look nice, this has the added benefit of making all the previews disappear from sfm

I try searching these up but they won't appear. How do i fix this?

So I was wondering if I can have permission to extract the "lovevolution" hair model to Blender? We have a model that we are using for a game I'm working on but it doesn't have hair and the default hair model that is used in SFM is that one. I will also credit you for making the hair model as well.

So uh, how do I increase the alpha? Is there something I have to add in override materials?
Guinea 11 nov 2018, ore 20:57
Ik this was years ago and all that, and idk if anyone are still using these and I just want to point this out. So, when you open up the model opener and all that, on the far right from it, below the viewer. Enable "wireframe" then you'll see the models verts and it's basically more visible to see what model you have opened. Ik this is an old post and all that, but those who still use it, hopefully this helps out.

I can't seem to find the red hair on the far left anywhere in the mod. I'm digging through all the ECustom folders with the model viewer, but I'm not seeing it. :(

They're Invisible, Help!!!
Hijinx 9 feb 2018, ore 16:17
It dont works help :(
Cassius 24 nov 2017, ore 21:57
make these for gmod!
Seabastial 6 giu 2017, ore 4:20
Hmm......... I could try that.......... I've been trying to find it for a while........... thanks!
Mister-E  [autore] 6 giu 2017, ore 0:47
The transparent layer i added which makes the hairs look nicer, also has a side effect of screwing up all the previews, @springseabastial french braid hair, probably. As far as finding the hairs, i usually come back here and load them off the list via search.
Seabastial 18 mag 2017, ore 13:30
what's the name of the hair on the far left? I've been trying to find it and i can't. I'm probably not the only one either.
🔹 PJ 🔹 7 apr 2017, ore 18:04
i spounded the hair model and it doesnt show it
Ballantyne 18 mar 2017, ore 16:26
Thanks for this! :) Do you think you might be able to port some male hair in the future as welll?
Seabastial 27 dic 2016, ore 16:55
@C.S. No Worries! I'm not sure if they forgot to add it or something is wrong. It should be part of the pack. And as for adding them to the map for them to appear I'm not sure about that either. Some people are saying they're invisible no matter what...........
G.S. 26 dic 2016, ore 14:47
@SpringSeabastial. No offence, but, I think you misunderstood my question. I know the models don't appear when you select them at first, but, they appear when you add them in the map (don't they?). What I'm asking is if the hair model in the far left is part of this pack. I've tried multiple times to find it with no sucsess. Did the creater forget to add it or is something go funky when I downloaded it? :|
Seabastial 23 dic 2016, ore 13:38
@G.S. Normally it would come up with the other rips, however for some reason these are completely invisble for a lot of people, including myself.........
G.S. 21 dic 2016, ore 11:37
@SpringSeabastial. Thanks for the advice, it really help me. :steamhappy: I have another question to ask (anyone can answer it), where is the hair model in the far left? I can't find it no matter how many times I look. :/
Seabastial 20 dic 2016, ore 8:47
@G.S. are you talking about locking them to a model? If so you take the hair and place it how you want on the model. Notice the blank boxes next to some parts of a model? Once you have the hair in place you take the "root transform" of it and drag it to the box next to "Biped_head" or what ever the head bone is. Once you do that the hair should lock in place and move with the head, while still allowing you to move the rest of the hair's bones to style it.
G.S. 20 dic 2016, ore 0:17
Um, how do you rig the hair models to a character model? I've tried mutiple times and all I get are warped versions of what it's supposed to be. Is it something I'm doing or is it the model? I really would like some answers please. :steamsad:
Seabastial 15 dic 2016, ore 10:32
I can't see any of the hair rips, and it makes it hard to find the ones I'm looking for......
Gyah 3 dic 2016, ore 5:53
I'd love to use these, but they stay invisible no matter what I do. Same goes for the other rip packs.
Crazy_Combine 22 ott 2016, ore 22:43
Thanks you verymuch,pretty work :3
Mister-E  [autore] 8 ott 2016, ore 19:04
yeah, these i kindof just didn't know better than to include the line $ambientocclusion 0 in the materials file... then i lost my hdd, so these are pretty much here to stay since updating is kindof out of the question.
KimberleeT 8 ott 2016, ore 18:53
They are sort of transparent like some things can be seen through it
Breanne Burns 23 set 2016, ore 18:49
good point.
You should do more hair things. These rips are totally worth the time.
Mister-E  [autore] 23 set 2016, ore 18:43
well, they are ports from moogleoutfitters page, maybe there's duplicates since they're all rips from other games
Breanne Burns 23 set 2016, ore 18:28
someone on deviant art has been saying this is his model and ♥♥♥♥.
Mister-E  [autore] 23 set 2016, ore 15:35
ah, no
Breanne Burns 23 set 2016, ore 14:19
Mister E, you wouldn't happen to have a devient art named micrometalwolf would you?
put my balls in yo jaws 17 set 2016, ore 14:10
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!
Kinia24Lara 17 set 2016, ore 9:53
these hair are really good! I think the best is Fang hair! I hope to see more! (maybe Lightning hair? xD)
XboxGamerK 15 set 2016, ore 7:12
Oh I get you, but still big thanks for answer! I was very curious if it was possible.
Mister-E  [autore] 14 set 2016, ore 18:08
ah, you can but u have to remember, like porting takes quite a bit of time, the hairs are a lot easier since they only have 1-2 textures, an entire character rip typically won't have an armature, making it more of an obsession level project instead of a whim type project, and... i don't know how
XboxGamerK 14 set 2016, ore 11:23
Nice one! Also, is there a way to import sims (as a character) into SFM? It would be much easier to make characters (better than Fuse, I think, lol)
Mister-E  [autore] 6 set 2016, ore 20:51
hrmm... i'll check that out really quick i was having some problems w/ the fang hair
Thunderbat 6 set 2016, ore 4:14
Really handy pack, deff if you like to experiment with hairstyles!
However, when you enable ambient occlusion the hair goes seethrough, i fixed it by doing a material override on the hair with $ambientocclusion 0, maybe you should update the vtm file soon with that line to automate it, other then that, great work :D
Mister-E  [autore] 5 set 2016, ore 22:04
oh wait, there is one male hair in the pack the ilidian hair, the one with the top braid
Mister-E  [autore] 5 set 2016, ore 22:03
ah, no not really, i need to get bored of these first... and add some jigglebones, I got them all and ported from moogleoutfitters on deviantart
Dracul 5 set 2016, ore 16:31
are you planning male hair models?
