@shadowfaxe7 well now in 2020 gas can be getten below a dollar for obvious reasons

@shreddy buildings are made at different times, for different purposes, under different circumstances. there was a time when if you wanted a certain building in a certain spot, the only was was to make it a park or unique building.

@shadowfaxe7 gas is only 2.40 here in Memphis. Back when Obama was president (not that it has to do with anything) gas was in this range here.
