Then proceed to turn on a few mods at a time and then launch the game... then repeat... and you will find the mod that's conflicting
You have to have another mod that's conflicting with the beastmen banner, as this mod is super clean on my end and only changes the files required.... So there's something else on your end my friend

Hey Guys, see the new screenshot. I've been too busy modding the game to play the "campaign" map... I just did and I remembered I wanted to fix the campaign map banner. (It had a red skull)
Now the Skull matches the border orange.
