This is a mod where I genuinely swear it'll work spectacular under any circumstances and any issues or exploits are just merely the mind being unable to comprehend the sheer power that is the ability to undo entropy in a chaotic, recipe-laden universe.

hey, idk if it has been abandoned, but i found an exploit that is more than infinite pixels... it involves the Avali race mod and specifically their guns. been using this mod for a few years now, just got the other mod mentioned, only to try and get Tungsten back to receive REFINED AEGISALT. im not mad, but i think thats a bit TOO broken, right? turning TUNGSTEN TO AEGISALT and SOLARIUM... what on gods green earth did i find lol

this mod seems cheatish when u uncraft a module or tech chip in it shoots out a crazy amount of diamonds. really needs to be looked at for balancing purposes.

Works well. but can it show what gun can turn into what material first before it really turn it. just want to see first.

There are game breaking exploits that allow for infinite pixel but this mod is too useful to be left out 🐱

Mod hasn't been updated in six years and I'm seeing mentions of bugs, is the author still around or has this been fully abandoned?

Anyone else having the issue of having any blocks put in just turn into grey goo, despite them having a recipe?

Does anyone know why the Uncrafter isn't showing up in the Inventor's Table? I even checked admin mode and it doesn't show up.

Would it be possible to get a patch for penguin piracy reborn currencies? Whenever I try to turn iron bars back into ore I just end up with Peng.

Memory Leakless Pixel Printer will break a lot of object uncrafting recipes, since the uncrafter can't turn things into pixels and 0 of the object.

It's a minor incompatibility since it really only affects placeable objects.

could you (or someone else) upload a vid demonstrating how to use the Grey Goo? the way you explained it is too complicated for my smooth brain lol

You place the block you want to copy in the results area, and put the Gray Goo in the input area. It'll output the block you want to copy (As far as I know it has to be a building block)

I noticed that the weapons are giving me next-tier metals.

Was hoping for the mod author to be active because, as it stands, the mod kinda needs compatibility work. Using it with mods like Ore Plants (RAMs version) easily ends up in a duplication exploit.

this mod has not been updated since 2016 i doubt the mod author is active.

That is really odd... I've never had trouble making the uncrafter straight from Architect's table 1... Maybe the author might know more...Sorry friend

That's strange. I created a character yesterday to test out the mods I just downloaded, and I was able to create an uncrafter's table. Are you using any other mods that modify the architect's table crafting list (Other than Frackin Universe, cause you can grab it there, but I recommend getting the Uncrafter+FU patch...)

in other words i cant craft the uncrafters table

so i know this mod is old but i have a fully upgraded Arctitects table and i dont see the block in there.

Does this mod still work for other people in 2021? The uncrafter just sits there doing nothing when I put stuff into it.

So ... For those who are wanting to allow the Uncrafter to uncraft minerals again, I think I found what to change (or remove). In the Frackin Mod, there is the folder Recipies. Furnace 1, 2, and 3 have files named after the original metals. Those have the files <metal>bar.recipe.patch, If you remove those files (or folder), those bars should work again with the uncrafter. As well, the folder Craftingfurnace. The files in there have the NoUncrafting word in there. Remove that and rebuild the mod should do the trick. Just sayin'

I wish I could increase the size of the input. Because sometimes I have ten stacks of dirt and don't want to load them in one stack at a time.

This game is infamous for having a problem where upon startup, it sometimes skips some or most mods rather then loading them.

Starting the game up again generally fixes this issue.

I like the idea, but it is just way too overpowered for my taste (not that I am surprised, it is a general theme with mods). Is there a version that gives significantly less output?

The repair recipe sues two ore bars, water and lava along the damage pickaxe to give one with its damage fixed.

This mod will 'uncraf' some of those recipes into the repair recipe instead the craft recipe, effectively producing ore bars, water and lava instead giving the base materials.

For some reason, blueprint is not available in engineering table, had to spawn. If anyone wonder it's /spawnitem uncrafter

A lot of people are complaining about the grey goo and for the most part I agree BUT, I have found that it can be quite helpful for building. You mine a bunch of junk blocks (often dirt), turn them into grey goo, turn the goo into the block you want, and make a little more progress on that giant lab or outpost you are making without having to spend 30+ hours just mining for durasteel and tungsten.

Does anyone remember the mod author for Helms Deep Reborn (the most popular L4D2 mod) where he edited the base game's code to get rid of certain aspects he didn't like, restricts server owners and mod developers, and censors any outcry.

Sorta sounds like thats whats going on here now, a mod dev with the most popular mod for a game starts restricting and changing things that don't need changing, stealing, censoring, esc.

i'm new to the modding community, and...
wow. from everything i've heard from people, Sayter sounds like a gigantic ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. constantly balancing things that don't need balance, generally making ♥♥♥♥ grindy and annoying- I find FU missions a pain in the ass, and I constantly get quality of life mods just so I avoid the headache of FU's constant grind.

I wish I had a way to convert my character into a "Workshop Collection" version of themself. FU sounds genuinely unethical.
