@Nelandros - Which are you seeing with no weapons? It's most likely clashing with another mod. I would suggest turning all off except mine and see if the issue still persists. If it does, let me know.

Anyone else getting some lords and generals appearing with no weapons?

I think we all want to see your fine mod for the follow-up game, but I'd still be nice if you could develope and update this further for the original : )

@yubi, I'm not sure I don't play with that mod. If it replaces rather than adds models then it should work if it edits existing it probably won't!

ahm is this compatible with SFO? im looking for a mod like this but the portrait in the map shows the new model then when i click to them for diplomacy its the vanilla model.its the same to my other generals who i got by confederating them

@One Eyed Jack Nope I use both and have no problems, Since this mod only changes the Vanilla Lord Pools thus not affecting All Tabletop Lords mod since it adds new lords.

Is there any conflict with All Tabletop Lords or other mods which add Lord types?

Could u make, varied captains mod? Or even better, varied heroes (maybe mixing reces too). That would be amazing
