Is there a way to make this work without network extensions project, which Steam has determined is incompatible with Skylines?

Road Anarchy or any derivative there-of would work to help with park placement if you have your canals in already. Just don't place your park over the road, etc.

@greg.wilczek : Hi, if you have already built a canal too close, it deosn't work beacause the "hitbox" of canals is very large.

I've checked again and the Park Canal works better though.

Hey, I'm sorry to say that but placing this (and any other) canal park is impossible - whenever I put it next to a road it says "space already occupied"... I'd have to use No Pillars no collision option or similar to do so... Any idea what am I doing wrong?

1. Build a road.
2. Place this asset (like a park).
3. Connect the park with a canal (landscaping tools).
4. Enjoy!
