Yes, the left eye is broken but it shouldn't be much of a problem, barely noticeable with helmets/gas masks, author didn't fix 'em.

Try using view model hands mate. Theres no point in maing a incomplete playermodel when you put that much work into it.

If you spawn it as a ragdoll for posing, use the submaterial tool, copy the texture of the normal eye, then apply it to the checkered eye.
