Seems like on the SW version of this mod, she has a actual voice instead of the mime jesters, is this a bug or could it be potential mod interferances?

It might be because another mod is interfering with it then. I was also using More Actions.

it still work for me. Hovering mouse on target does show "attack". Did click and she attack.

Can't seem to make her attack with any umbrella, including "neo's parasol". She just holds them up like a regular umbrella

How do I activate her to be able to play? lel

Definitely a fun mod, but with her speaking she does need a sign saying what needs to be said.

Neo使用三种伞可以获得血量 护甲 速度的加成
将NEO的粉色伞打开后会获得两个技能（见1，2）
1.瞬移进行快速攻击 伤害会有变化 冷却时间10s
2.瞬移 但是会下降你的精神（san）
NEO不会惧怕寒冷（包括下雨）但是他非常怕火
