Hmmm well -10 should be way lower like 90 (common its not even close to actually doing any actual damage, its cardboard) and there should be no stun chance, if a metal bat doesn't stun a person then weak cardboard certainly won't. Running speed only 10%, thats only because its light weight. The weapon switch speed can be raised though.

you should change it to "when weapon is active"

Considering it's basically a wrap assassin without the paper, I believe you should minus the damage penalty far mor then a measly 10%
