@Flymuttley: I built it today in a new test city, no problems at all. Try unsubcribing and re-subscribing this and/or the science building. The problem could be that the game is confusing them with one another somehow.

@ graham.krenz: maybe they are too frozen to walk... Well, if you like it that way it's not going to hurt them. They are just pixels and polygons but somehow I still felt sorry for them.

very nice asset. sadly, I can't sub it because my laptop can only take so many assets before the game crashes, and I had to decide that I put a stop sign to signle-purpose props, like the animals. leaving a thumbsup nevertheless :)
