nacho/rikoom, in some countries the "." and "," are swapped, for example 10000 in german would be 10.000 and in the US it would be 10,000 so he probably was atleast european

@BoldlyBuilding Is there any chance you have a smaller scale of this building? Looks fantastic but it's straight up 3-4x taller than every other skyscraper in my city minus Naskko's Chrysler

I think the building is perfect. The other buildings in the game are too small and the cars are too big for the roads in my opinion.

i mean from these pictures it looks like it fits in but when i place it in my city that has a lot of custom nyc buildings from other users it just looks crazy big compared to some of them.

It does work with After dark, and it's not unrealistically huge, it's perfectly scaled to the game's units and proportioned to the real thing. It's just the game's buildings are unrealistically small.

The lights on the windows are not random enough that make it looks so bad at night. Very much hope that you can improve the night light.

That problem should be fixed by now. See if your subscriptions have been updated. If you didn't get it from Steam, you may not have the fixed version. If you did get it from Steam, I'm not sure what else would cause that.

My city has +13,000 as a weekly income (not the best still working on it.) but the empire state building the one that you made and it says that city debt needs to be 2,000. I am kind of new to this game so I dont know what this means. How do I unlock it?

Amazing! The only thing I suggest changing is the pattern of windows lit at night – the current state is too much of a pattern, it would be better if it looked less so and more "jumbled" like most buildings at night. =)
