All the merchants go to one house instead of one at each :S they appear at the house your buildin then they walk off. I have 3 at one home now :S.

I unsubscribed form this mod because all of the merchants were in the lakeview manor but they're all still there
Isabella Rhoslyn 9 mar, 2017 @ 10:54
only mods i have so far are this one, castle volkihar rebuilt, playable hair for serana and valerica(which doesn't seem to work though ihavent tried it on a new character yet), and today i just got amazing race tweaks for high elf race. couldnt find any of the merchants yest or today until i just read down through some of the comments and went to check the lakeview home the only place i hadn't thought to check/look for them, and all 3 of them were there for some reason. just glad i found them
thank you for creating this.

(SOLUTION?)You could merge the Follower GUI with a Merchant GUI (Like some followers) so you could have the merchants follow you... (For when you finally get enough gold for DAT 1 item)
and you can make them stay liek dogs.... :3 (:steamfacepalm:) or you can make a house for them to stay in (Not the Loading Houses, because loading is forever).

(REQUEST) Could you try to make a MOD about a Merc Master that gives you mercenaries (Followers) to where you can choose their race OR name?:steamhappy: I can just see it happening... if you can do this, i bet you could make a MERC MERCHANT (P.S you could have the mercs with a Follower GUI, so that means you could do that too with your merchants??)

Yeah, I haven't created a way to dismiss them yet, though I'm still trying to figure that out, perhaps sending them to an inn in the same region.
SekkentDeath 10 feb, 2017 @ 21:39
I'm pretty sure that if we don't want them hanging around, i guess we can unsubscribed..:steambored:
Keulron 3 okt, 2016 @ 14:21
yes! now I can finally finish my houses...
Turbanator  [skapare] 30 aug, 2016 @ 17:48
Let me know if you get any issues :)
d 30 aug, 2016 @ 16:45
ok thank you im gonna install :D
Turbanator  [skapare] 30 aug, 2016 @ 15:55
Yes, I made it originally so if you only had the starter home, it would be enough. They spawn in the starter home itself, so if that isn't built, then they're not just hanging around the area :)
d 30 aug, 2016 @ 12:44
Quick question, I've already made my house in Dawnstar and only the starter home and main hall are complete, if I install now, will it be fine?
neoniell 12 aug, 2016 @ 10:26
Custom Family Home moves your family from one home to another. My family was in solitude when i went to lakeview ;)
Turbanator  [skapare] 12 aug, 2016 @ 10:24
Holy moly that's a lot. I'll check them though I guess. I imagine one of them specifically changes the AI so that people can move from one place to another... I'll figure this out, but it'll take some time. Thanks for letting me know.

Have you used LOOT (https://loot.github.io/) to sort the order of the mods, perhaps that'll help things by putting this mod in the appropriate location.

Bear with me whilst I figure out what's going on wit those mods...
neoniell 12 aug, 2016 @ 10:03
Why thank you for the offer. Here goes;
Heljarchen Hall Guards
Outdoor Lighting for Heljarchen Hall
Shezrie's Heljarchen Greenhouse
Shezrie's Heljarchen Kitchen
Custom Family Home
Heathfire Multiple Adoptions
Wyvern Rock Hearthfire
GalexPk Lakeview Manor
Hjerim TNF
v1.5 Vlindrel Hall TNF
Heljarchen Farm
Cooking Supplies
Enhanced Cities:Fort Winstad
V04 Proudspire Manor TNF
Heathfire Supplies
GalexPk Lakeview Alchemy Cellar
I'm Home
I 'd simply need to obtain more food and drink if all 3 merchants decide to remain at Lakeview Manor. ;) Wonder if I could add a guest/employee wing ... lol
Turbanator  [skapare] 9 aug, 2016 @ 15:20
The NPCs have AI for the separate homes. If you have any other Hearthfire mods which could be interfering with the AI, let me know which ones and I'll check them out.
neoniell 9 aug, 2016 @ 14:54
I too have all 3 at lakeview lol
Turbanator  [skapare] 12 maj, 2016 @ 13:36
Seriously?! That's bizarre! Each one has their own AI, sandbox for the respective houses... None of them share the same home...

Try saving outside the house, uninstalling the mod, loading the game and check no one is in, then go back out. Load the mod and go in, hopefully it should be fine!
Seyanophis 11 maj, 2016 @ 20:16
Love this mod, the only problem I seem to have with it is that all three are gathered in Lakeview, my least completed house. Is there a way to get the other two back to the other houses?
Thesh 9 maj, 2016 @ 21:04
Author is a genious.
Turbanator  [skapare] 9 maj, 2016 @ 16:38
Glad to see it works. Make sure the mod is running and installed, and he should appear in the entrance hall. If not, save outside the house, restart game and check inside again.

Enjoy buying the Khajiit's stuff!
Dota 2 ≠ Fun 9 maj, 2016 @ 15:17
It just appeared out of nowhere after some re-loads and re-starting the game, thank you!
Dota 2 ≠ Fun 9 maj, 2016 @ 14:47
I'm in Lakeview Manor
Dota 2 ≠ Fun 9 maj, 2016 @ 14:45
Doesn't show up for me, I built the home before installing this...
Turbanator  [skapare] 8 maj, 2016 @ 0:17
Odd. He should be inside the moment you purchased the land and built the initial home...

Do you have any other mods that affect Hearthfire homes somehow? Custom interiors or something of the like?
Gyul 6 maj, 2016 @ 18:12
He is not in lakeview manor for me :p
Scorpio 6 maj, 2016 @ 9:21
thankyou this is gonna be good:steammocking:

Hey CaliforniaDaaan! If you didn't know, on Nexus (a site dedicated to modding) there are some mods that let you own a mine, meadery or a farm. here are the links, if you're interested :)
Winstad Mine: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57879/?
Honeystrand Meadery: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/38185/?
Heljarchen Farm: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50992/?
Hope it helps!
Turbanator  [skapare] 8 mar, 2016 @ 11:26
Well, I could easily create another two Khajit for the other homes, with different names of course! I'll get to work on that within the week.

About farms, factories etc, I'm still new at this, so I can't do anything as cool as that, but I do have an idea where you run a tavern as a normal guy, sell mead etc, but I would need a ton of coding experience for that. My voice would also be good, think posh British male, so perhaps the owner could be a Breton? Who knows...
CaliforniaDaaan 7 mar, 2016 @ 20:31
I was wondering, since I'm far too lazy to look for this myself, would it be in your abilities to make more plots we could build on ? And instead of homes, maybe factories or businesses ? Like a mead factory or a shipyard ? That sort of deal :P And if it is, I would LOVE to see a plot of land on Solsteim. Thanks ^^
CaliforniaDaaan 7 mar, 2016 @ 20:29
Oh mai lord. So, I have the Legendary Edition for my XBox. (Though I already had Dragonborn and Hearthfire before I replaced my orifinal disk) And by the GODS this thing took me FOREVER to build. Though I easily "found" the iron (huehuehue), the most difficult objective was all of the flippin' hide and saber teeth I needed. That and I could not find a flawless saphhire for a shrine in my basement. Other than that, this mod is REALLY awesome and usefull. Maybe we could see it in the other two homes ?

batmanvsjoker1980 has a point if you could make a mod with a merchant with the name do not want and give him like load and loads of gold you can sell your stuff to him instead of going places and selling it there where the money will run out also love the mod
Turbanator  [skapare] 19 feb, 2016 @ 8:04
Sounds fun, I missed seeing Khajit though, since you rarely see them in a city, and fast travel prevents me from even seeing them in their caravans. :sadelf:

This guy is rich though, look at his outfit! :hee:

For fairness though, he doesn't have 100 ingots or anything that high, but it should be more than enough to get you started. I think it should renew after some time too, but if not, tell me and I'll read up more of his variables etc. Reviews would be great.
Tone Death 19 feb, 2016 @ 7:55
it would be funny to make a junk merchant called Duznotwunt like a nord or something with a name like that lol. seriously though ill give this mod a try!
Turbanator  [skapare] 18 feb, 2016 @ 14:46
If anyone owns Skyrim and Hearthfire, and has built a home on Lakeview Manor, please feel free to test this out. Feedback highly appreciated! Please understand this is my first ever mod, so be gentle. :blissful_creep:
