Helicopter Transport no longer works :( Helicopter will move one time then get stuck on RTB hopefully fixed soon great mod.

Is there any a way to change the insignia on vehicles? I noticed you can do it through attributes in the editor. But there's no option through the ALiVE faction creator, it only lets you change skins

@★ GallowDancer its a problem with the mod the factions are based off, they have inbuilt randomisation scripts most likely.

Seems broken. Created a few British Factions using this. Now in the past week, I am not able to. It switches the clothes to the faction it's based off instead of using the clothes I put on to the faction.

Looks like I took the worst time to get interested in Indexing maps, as I'm having issues with getting DeWrp to work and I can see some very good google answer results, but they're all on wiki or forums that have been down for over a month. :Miller:

@Alum I think you can tag,group and name your units by adding editorSubcategory = "my name"; to each unit in autogen.hpp file.

Hey! This may be a dumb question, but do you know how to make seperate categories of troops? I intend on having two seperate categories, but i want to specifically name one of them "Home Guard", is this something that I can do in the unit editor? Or something I have to do in the directory? Thanks in advance!

just to follow up on last comment i actually figured out what was going on when i looked at them in zues as they were driving there it takes a bit before they spawn in as i said it was normal but when they do spawn in they spawn outside the vic and the truck spawns like 10 feet from the groupe and yes the groupe will then spawn inside the vic and the vic will keep on driving the issues is if you close zues when the two groupes spawn before you allow the groupe to spawn inside the vic what happens is the inf unit will stay there at the spot and the vic goes to its waypoint tbh this really aint an issue since you dont play alive like that right i mean useing zues to just glance at the unit and close it so tbh forget what i said but it is somthing new to me after playing so long. great mod by the way thanks for the update as well

hello i have a question have im useing sog and have made a mission on a map everything is working like i have always done before but i notice when the commander is calling reinforcements and they head to there destination if i look at them in zues they disembark the truck for sec which has been normal as they spawn in the trouble is if i get outa zues the truck is moving but the units are left at the spot of me looking at them in zues i used only alive and cba with all the cup mods but i highly doudt cup is doing anything since its just assests they are adding in im sure if i disable them to it will still happen. is this normal cuz then what happesn is if i look at more of them they all just freeze and then units stop attackinging i have been trying different things but before i keep figureing this out wanted to know if this is somthing that happens its odd cuz i never noticed it before.

G'day @Jman,

I have been attempting to create a faction using the orbat creator and are having trouble.
When I try to create an armoured vehicle, I am only allowed to create a gunner and a driver. The orbat creator doesn't see the commander and loader positions, if they are available.

I have tried with just Vanilla, CBA and Alive installed and still get the same results.

Can you please look into this issue.

I haven't been able to log into discord to report the issue.

Will alive ever support sefrou-ramal? I read that it was done in 2022 but it doesn't look like it, whenever i place the modules opfor will just spawn wherever they please and ignore toar marker

if I make a faction with the Alive Orbat Faction Creator, will they work to be used in a Dynamic Recon Ops?
I've noticed some mods (such as Arab Winter) end up spawning base CSAT groups when used in DRO.

Any ideas?

@Bachenator All DLCs & CDLC's are compatible with this release, no compability addon needed. The optional SOG compositions addon can be found in the optional folder (composition_vn)

hello can someone help me, when i place the military air commander module everything is working nice but if i take a plane then all the AI get deleted even if i put the spawn plane radius at 7000 meters there is nothing

@Tinker Yes it's possible. You have to put the factions into the same file. So in addons where you have your 1 faction, just add a second one in the addons folder and turn it into a PBO.

Is there any way to export 2 groups into a single PBO file? It would help a lot. I have noticed on the export option in orbat that it says groups, which I'm assuming by the name is full faction groups. Also how would I export both cfgpatches to a single file?
