I was zoning bigger grids than necessary. But the district theme should only let 1x1 lots grow. I'll just make sure that I zone only one square deep for these then.

First off, amazing little houses. Love them. One question though, is this really a 1x1 house? I'm trying to set up district themes that contain only 1x1 houses, and when I include yours I get 1x2 and 1x3 lots (houses with back gardens). Now that I think of it, I haven't actually seen your 1x1 house with no garden growing. I'm not sure if it's the houses or the district theme tool.
