@dragonphotoworks - The NATO_5p56x45mm ammo type is no longer used in the base game. There are a few mods that have added it again, like the Tiny Large Gatling turret Mod.

@Draos - Is it only happening when you menually control the gun? I had a similar problem with controlling the turrets, the solution being to hold the mouse button down instead of just tapping to fire.

Hey man just wanted to say thanks for keeping these updated, other mod stopped working competely and I have those small guns on a lot of my drones.

But right now it looks like the 5p56mm guns can't use the conveyor system. They track, shoot, and if you break one off it can be manually loaded from the bottom, but no conveyor.

You need for custom guns CubeBlocks.sbc Weapons.sbc Ammo.sbc AmmoMagazines.sbc
Blueprints.sbc BlueprintClasses.sbc BlockCategories.sbc and Audio.sbc when you want custom sounds. (to create custom sounds, thats another story :-) )
I cant explane every file, it would take to long.

But what you want i don't know if that work's ingame, maybe with a few tricks.

Hey Rider, could you help me in making a certain mod? Basically, I want to make a static turret that looks like a silo (I have the models, I just need them made into weapons) but automatically targets and launches missile (a turret) but with no visible moving parts. Although not really intended for public consumption I don't know of a way to make it available to the server without it being publically visible. @DSC Raptor It's because vanilla missiles cannot pass though small conveyor tubes. A frequent design oversight when making small missile turrets.

Somehow my Missile Sentry doesn't load any missiles, nor can I put them in manually, even tho all turrets are connected to the conveyor system. Vulcan and Sentry Guns do take ammo, Missile Sentry however won't.
