It was not a tourist bug. When i had a look in the asset editor i forgot to set tourists. all was 0 :-)

This is a great looking asset, and I have used it in my latest city. I can confirm that I get no visitors or tourists to show up, even tough I have surrounded the building with roads on all sides. Other than that, this looks awesome!

Hope this helps, saw this from another modder's page about the bug with no tourists visiting.

"Park will be highly visited now! It was a bug caused by the game itself, when the stats for the tourists (high, medium and low wealth) are different. now they are all 75 and everything works fine."
