The walls on the top are basically a set of giant props. They were made in an external modelling program because the official editing tools for Source can't make such advanced structure without problems.

:D It was all high on the initial release, but 164MBs for an almost-no-gameplay map.. probably would be too much you know. Look up the change notes, i recommend.
