So considering all the comments and the disclaimer stating the mod is no longer supported, I think it's safe to assume that he's dead, Jim.

Go to your options in the main menu, go to mods, and make sure that its still enabled. Mods automatically get disabled sometimes, I had the same issue with a different mod for weeks.

So I used to have no issues with this mod but now the items simply will not load. The uff folder doesn't show up in the editor and maps that use uff items swap them with base weapons.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

For the love of god please make ghost-laterns and troll-bombs not be a danger until a second after the round starts, they make placing random spawners near players too risky.
