I originally saw this level in a video by Mike Daas and I was stuck on the very last part so I rewatched the video and when he mentioned destroying a portal with a moving platform I literally had a brain blast and was able to beat it. Overall, a pretty good map, I likey :)

had a tough time on the last couple of steps the solution taking a break for a fresh perspective I gotta say 10 out of 10 level design.

This chamber got a bug. You can get null portal after getting up a stairs first time, so you can solve the chamber by accident. I went the intended way.

That's some really good puzzle design, I'm glad that Mike Daas made a video about these and that I was bored enough to watch it because I feel like I just found a whole vault of unused (by me ofc) test chambers.

I'm not sure about this chamber. While the solution is interesting, and it does have some innovative ideas, I'm pretty sure that if you make a mistake at any point you'll have to walk all the way back to the beginning, and start the process over.

loved it, absolutely insane and lengthy process to do such a simple action, made me feel like a complete idiot once i realized what the solution to one part of the test was only to get immediately stumped by the next section, 10/10

Yes, I've added the panels after the puzzle was finished, so that you don't have to use the laser every time you need a new cube after you did it the first time. It's a funny oversight and only possible when you restart the map, so I left it in. It should be obvious this isn't the intended solution and will leave the dedicated puzzle-solver unsatisfied.

great map but it is pretty easy to chease
i activated the laser and used it to power the stairs and climbed them before the timer ran out, and used the new portal sufraces that come out of the wall to fizzle one of my portals, and then I placed a null portal under the cube, stood on the button and placed the other portal above the funnel

Defeated. Figured out the fizzler created null portals but had to watch the solution to understand the flip panel null portal used at the end

Excellent puzzle! It was the perfect difficulty level so that each step flowed fairly naturally into the next, but I still had to think carefully about several moves. Great use and reuse of elements, including the titular maneuver. The timing on the laser was a bit tight at times but it wasn't a huge problem. Thumbs up and added to favorites.

Great puzzle! I didn't think of the ending move until I recalled the title.
Also sorry for cheating a little bit - it didn't occur to me until I edited it but I get the idea.

This trick is the reason why there is only one white tile on the ground. I vaguely remember testing this, but I tried to shoot the portals from the button area instead and could never get them in the exact position from up there.
A tiny portal blocker would do the trick. Maybe I will update this if I can find the old Hammer file.

If you're curious as to how I found this too, I found your workshop through wildgoosespeeder's Non-Exploitive White Gel Puzzles collection. From there I found Primer and decided to check out some of your other tests, if I remember correctly.
