We need ban function for hosts because bots are everywhere.

Players who has been kicked from the lobby shouldn't be able to join again the same lobby/hosting. A setting that players can not only kick the player but also may ban from owning lobby. And finally, some punishment rules for not accepting match. Custom games would be a very wonderful world for kind dota 2 players instead of being toxic player heaven...

Please bring a ban option.

Sklip with his account start doing this 3 or 4 months ago, then he started renaming himself as me and as other people. I don't believe he is not sklip. He is the first that started doing this telling everyone that he was doing this because everyone on colosseum left before the end of the match. Now probably has a normal account and 2 or 3 others account that he is using to troll other people. I'm preatty sure about this
