@Defalt I believe I saw Tim The Terrible working on one a long time back but haven't seen it since. Maybe it's worth asking him.

Also check to see if it's enabled in the content manger, even though workshop assets should be by default.

@ShadowVFX. This is a Cargo Train, maybe you need Cargo Train Terminal or Cargo Hub.

Thanks for the response. I'll keep an eye out for them. I'm not sure how often they should spawn, but out of ~80 train spottings, I haven't seen one yet. =\

They should just spawn randomly alongside the default trains, it doesn't replace them. If you want some more control over what vehicles spawn you should get the Advanced Vehicle Options mod, it's on the workshop.
