Model needs an update, with a new custom LoD and some texture updates. Will fix the props aswell than.

Very nice but the back walls are not so great to look at. I know in real life they probably look like that, but this building very rarely grows in a situation where the back walls are hidden.

Jeah I guess he is talking about the filesize, you could turn that 2k² texture into a 1024² to more than half that(did this with the sherry netherland and it went from 11mb to 4,5mb), at least for me it feels like the ingame compression hits 2k² textures way harder than 1k², so 1k would not look less detailed by much.

@flippityfloo I'm not sure what you mean by the size (filesize?), but for the game it doesn't matter much if there's one instance or a couple. Textures and shaders will be only loaded once into the memory.

As for a unique version, it's already done. But I will release it, when I can also include the 3x4 growable version, than you can make the complete building.

This is incredibly beautiful, and I want it, but I'm concerned about the size in a growable. Can you make a ploppable version of it? I don't know how complicated that is for you, so if it's too much trouble, nevermind.
