This building doesn't seem to work in my game.

It seems like a lovely building, but I can't for the life of me get this building to spawn. I even created a custom theme with the sole purpose of getting this building to grow (containing only a L4x3 office of each wealth level, this one included), but for some reason The Mies simply refuses to grow - when it should upgrade to L3 the building simply respawns as L2 office again. I haven't checked any logs, but it seems to corroborate hehehemann's remark...
Hopefully you have time to look into this, Koodoo - I'd love to see this beautiful tower pop up in my city!

@Sparrow Prince What do you mean with rare? It's the easiest thing ever to grow them to lvl 3...

nice, but too sad that lvl 3 offices are very rare in C:S ;-)
we need more level 2! ;-)

I see this error in the output file
There is no building that would upgrade to: 524112935.Art The Mies_Data [Core]

Looks like a good little Mies tower, a suggestion for the lighting is that it should be done as if the floor or part of the floor is lit or dark. So if a corner window is lit, then the window on the other side should also be lit.
