Ya know it kind of annoys me how the Creator of this mod (I mainly meen Fidooop) just doesn't respond at all like People want this to come back and don't get me wrong I understand life stuff and just not wanting to do it but there is People like Kiiro that wish to fix the mod and make it playable in this day and age and there is People that want to finish what was started with this and I honestly don't understand why this guy doesn't respond and give the go ahead

Like dude only updated this mod for like 2 day's or whatever and just never again I swear someone should make a new Markiplier mod that is heavily based off of this one but not enough to where he could say it is a Rip off which wouldn't make sense anyway cause like other People can make Markiplier mod's

I am hoping to contact you somehow regarding this mod both for DS:T and classic DS. I have dedicated myself to attempting to examine all of your hard work with the rest of the team and figure out a way I can fix the Markimod, as I really miss playing it and I know you're busy with life and all that. I added a friend request so we could maybe discuss it further, but I did that before I saw your profile update regarding friend requests. I'm sorry for supposedly coming out of the blue like this, but I am willing to listen if you're interested in potentially reviving your amazing mod :)

I used a... certain mod, and it turns out you CAN get the blacksmith's note, but if you read it enough times to trigger maniac mode, the game crashes probably cause maniac hasnt been finished. I mean, if you guys wanna go the easy route cause this mod is dead, you could just retexture woodies werebeaver with custom lines and sounds.

I dont care if you just spawn with the note and have to keep reading through all the nights or if you have to craft it, i just want to search for the blacksmith, and I know everyone else wants to as well

@Fidoop if this mod is abandoned can you at least add Mark's Maniac mode? I want to search for the blacksmith!

Quite sad, still love the idea and concept of it. maybe some other coders or devs could make a rework to this

It's crazy how some aspects of this mod still work, even with all of Klei's changes. Shows how well the team put it together.

the mod works,somehow,but when i hover my mouse with something over mark,the mod crashes,but if i dont do that ,then it works,no idea how

I wish the Annobethal person was correct, this mod barely functions. Markiplier and Darkiplier just straight up crash, and while Wilford is playable, it sucks to not be able to play the others... I mean, I ain't gonna force someone to fix/work on something they don't wanna, but i really wish someone remade or fixed this mod :(

This thing is so out of date I had no idea it could still have some semblance of functionality?

i've been using this mod for years and it still works pretty great. such a fun time and great idea (and if they ever came back to work on this an unus annus mod would sweep us away)

It's a shame this mod has pretty much been abandoned. It's honestly a great idea.

At least it still works. The one for Don't Starve has more stuff, but doesn't work anymore at all.

It's been abandoned since 2015, I'd say give them some slack, but it's not being cared for or developed anymore, so say whatever you want. It was made with good intention but something got in their way. Sucks to not have this marked as OLD or ABANDONED and people still have expectations for it, how silly, it's so hard to look at the mod info. It's a shame, though.

1. Markiplier Doesn't have his stats changed
2. Markiplier needs his other Stage
3. Darkiplier needs his GoogleIRL Fixed
4. Markiplier (it may just be a client mod) makes other players crash

I just founf this mod, and it's pretty cool. But I'm playing DST and by the end of he first day my hunger had completely depleted twice! Also he won't accept berries or carrots which are most of the starting foods.
I'm not sure if this is ever going to be updated but I was really looking forward to plying with him

does this mod have all characters?

Well I would but currently I've put this on a shelf to do other projects that I'm more interested in... There's 7 characters (Company of Creators), a Shipwrecked port (Island Adventures), and a massive community-made DLC (Unnatural Selection)... and I'm not giving a false hope by saying it's been shelved to be revisited another day either! I said what I meant and I meant what I said. Someday (after all other projects are dealt with) I will pick this back up!

It has been about two years now.
If you haven't don't anything with in that time, then why would you update it now?
Unless you have done some coding, but haven't uploaded it, I just can't see anyone doing a project that they retired for so long.

If you don't want to do this, then that's fine, just say so and stop giving people false hope.
If you do want to do this, then please do updates once in a while, I am not saying to dedicate your entire life to this, but at least show that you give a damn about it.

How long do you estimate it to take before you start working on this one again?

I would not approve of somebody else working on my project for me. This mod is just on the backburner because I've got other mods up on my todo list prior to this one.

Wowzers, it has been more then a Year sence the last update, guess I can say that it will never happen unless someone else does the rest.
