1. get http://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=104603291
2. browse for your custom sound in extended spawnmenu
3. when you find it, right-click on it, select copy to clipboard
4. paste path into textbox in utility tab
No need to interact with cvar through console. Same with custom textures.

Does it work ?
It's the 16bit version, the youtube link was the original 8bit version, didn't found the 8bit version on game banana and I actually preffer the 16bit versions of the sounds (8bit ones are just more iconic).
Why didn't you add the koopa shell sound ? It turned to be annoying after play testing ?
