they are similar to bills hat but u think the red and blue collar is default and there no emblem and the sag side is much to narrow and long

I noticed a small issue on the second picture (for all the items from the set). The BLU Team Spy is using the RED Skin instead, only the cosmetics are team-colored. Again, small issue.

I like this item, and the rest of the set, good job.

You're a lazy modeller, you just took the bills hat and removed the logo, this will NOT get accepted.

The bills is around 5$ worth and if this hat was added we all know that valve would sell it in the store for around 7$,And this is a basic copy off the bills hat which most likely means that it wont be added.

Jetstream Bob@ Bills hat doesn't exist as a unusual so it makes sense to add the Cold war Cap in TF2. Besides you could add maybe the Spy emblem on it? But this is only my suggestion.

difference here is that bill's isn't obtainable anymore unless you're willing to pay hundreds of dollars for a virtual beret, whereas this can be easily available as a substitute for people who want a beret in their spy loadout

Sorry, but this is far too similar to Bills Hat. However, the Skullcap is another veteran's beret, and it pulls off a distinct look. I'm certain that you can think up a unique veteran's beret that will stand out on its own.
