The AI program takes your batteries and balances power usage and recharging to ensure maximum efficiency. It's designed for use with his other power mod that introduces a number of generators batteries, and modules. The "sipping" means that the AI only turns on the capacitor(one of the power mods implemented blocks) at certain intervals to sort of limit the usage to ensure the capacitor can continue to be useful as if it blows all of it's stuff right away it's kinda useless. The capacitor if you didn't know is similar to a battery but it can output more energy than a battery though it can't store a lot of energy. Hopefully this helps Swat
