oh ok. By "fully upgraded" i don't mean the weapon but the 1h perk, don't want to get anyone confused by that since the weapon can't be upgraded

it's base dmg is but the effects including the lightning make it almost op

love the texture and sound effects but why is the damage so low? fully upgraded the description says its around 100 damage, but compared to other weapons it deals next to no damage

Talos statue in whiterun also the forge under daedric section should be avalable no matter what skill level you have.

I think it is amazing this mod has almost a 40% subscription rate I hope everyone is enjoying this I will work on some more content soon.
