I'm afraid ot wouldn't be a simple model swap, Sterling uses separate suppressor and mount models, UMP45 has neither.

any more reskins for the ump besides the cz scorpion? all i see is the cz scorpion and camos for the ump45, great skin btw just want to try out something besides the cz for the ump

The only real issue I had was that the RIS was to large and the suppressor didn't fit on properly.

You should give the mods some time to load.
In the main menu of Insurgency, there is on the top right a button called workshop ,
click on that and wait until everything is loaded.

Ok I might be retarded but I'm subscribed to loads of mods by Farengar/FPF but none of them show up in game, just the default models. Is there something else I'm supposed to do?

I'll probably stick with the ump-45 because I like it but if somebody replaced the mp-40/m1a1 with something I would Sub it so fast xD

That is a known bug.
You can't fix it without altering the animations.
