Works perfectly for me. Note you do need to have reached the final Megalopolis milestone to purchase all the tiles.

While checking it out.It gave me the 'previous version' warning as well Might still work. Not saying this one is bad,
Instead, I also already use the BigCity (25 tiles mod) by Frost without a problem.

Although this worked for me last time i tried it earlier this year, i've moved onto BigCity (25 tiles mod) https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1270675750 as it's more recently updated :)

Not sure why people are saying it doesn't work. Working fine for me. It warns that the mod is out of date, but works as intended still.

It still works. You need to reach the milestones to unlock more regions, or, build in the "creative mode" with all milestones unlocked.
