To fix the Checkerboard Texture issue you must TURN ON

HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE to MAX

is it possible to make a content pack?

For those who still want the map and have trouble with the skybox;

Apparently, turning HDR on (I set mines on full) fixes the skybox. Can't promise entirely but so far it's a solution.

Missing textures; make sure you mount CS:S before entering the map.

Skybox is purple/black checkers

skybox has missing textures, other than that, a beautifal map
