i found this in my game but her back end was torn out by pirates sending missile salvoes at her. luckely i was able to find a completed version on the workshop!

Found it, use it. Installed azimuth engines, routed for oxygen, and a number of other upgrades based on the mods I use. Refitted the underside for drone docks, too. All around great ship.

Just found it a few days ago. Decided to keep it as it was great for a forward base with the things and space it has. Fairly easy to retrofit oxygen systems too without running the look of it thanks to the "attic" for the gyros. You did an amazing job on this, and I hope more of your ships get added.

@kethzythor : I've heard of this happening too. Pretty much the spawn ships either spawn alone or in "close-proximity-pairs" AND if they do spawn as pairs and one (or both) of the ships are on the large side, they "conjoin" as produce the results that you have noted.

I found this ship in exploration mode, but like others it had damage no connectors or even the top part of the pistons, with a second ship inside; that ship was the medical room. I think exploration may have a derelict mode that spawns ships with damage in place, because when I checked an earlier save with setoolbox it was drifting at .308 m/s linear and .006m/s angular velocity with a debris cloud of scrap metal.

It's almost sysmetrical.
Medical Room and Captains Quarters (upper deck) are starboard. Stairs are portside.

Found this awesome gem of a ship early on during a group exploration survival series. Nice job on the construction and utility. Has now become the icon and center of operations. Thinking about doing a bit of a small ship production line mod to the interior and 4 ship max landing area semi-interior wise to gain some RP bonus, but I do like the reserved usage and clever placement of thrusters. Makes for a generous amout of parking. =)

Yeah... seems there has been a bit of confusion with the Exploration mode patch... do hope they get the credits sorted out for all of us whose ships made it in!

There should be no small ship. Maybe it's some bug in Exploration Mode and 2 ships spawned at the same location.
As you can see in the pictures, there should be Connectors on the bottom. I don't know why they where gone and the Pistons didn't work as well. I double checked all functions before uploading it.

Great ship, found it in exploration mode. Didn't seem to have any connectors on it though so it may have been imported incorrectly. The pistons didn't even move either. Lastly, there seemed to be a smaller ship spawned inside of it that bounced around and destroyed things. Is this second ship part of your intended design or did something get screwy with the procedural stuff?

Hi! Unfortunately, it seems like I've been mistakenly credited for your ship. I also submitted a ship named Explorer , but they didn't include it, but put my nickname in credits and not yours. I already sent an e-mail to the support, hopefully they'll fix it.

P.S. I won't download the ship - I'll wait for it to appear in my exploration world to be a surprise :)

My friend and I found this ship in exploration mode, which was a great stroke of fortune for us as it has everything we need to advance in the game! The design is spectacular and the function is amazing! We are planning to add a few guns for meteor protection, but that's the only change we'll make; we can tell that this isn't a warship, but a stately trailblazer. Just wanted to learn more about this awesome ship, and to congratulate and thank the designer for submitting it to the Exploration Update!
