Gets a bit old when you blitz through Combine, Rebels, or Antlions with how overtuned some weapon packs are; and using the Damage Scaler mod is a bit tedious since I have like hundreds of guns and weapons to adjust. This one avoids the tedious issue and just scales the health to a level that can afford fights with most ARC9 or TFA weapons.
Though I was hoping to find something that could affect more than just the base HL2 NPCs, since I've noticed certain NPC packs - like the IV04 GOW nextbots, specifically the fodder enemies like the Drones and such - can sometimes have NPCs with HPs comparable to vanilla HL2, and thus easy to breeze through what would otherwise be difficult fights.
