I think I found she a Alyx Vance NPC reskin, so it might not have playermodel anims, but you could possibly play as her with help of the Pac3 addon.

well, I do have a similar zero suit samus playermodel, and an other m samus playermodel and a ssb4 zero suit samus playermodel

I'm afraid I'm of no help as I didn't produce this and sadly have no record of who did.
The only thing I could think of is some kind of addon/mod clash or a broken/incomplete download of the addon is the cause.
