It does have some extent of framerate drop when fighting with the rebels at part 3, but it is far from intolerable at least, well, for my test run.
I've only tested this mappack in singleplayer sandbox mode, with 64-bit clientside, multicore rendering, some of the MWB weapons and total replacement tool enabled, and the lowest framerate did not drop below 70-ish. It's always recommended to activate only those mods you actually need before starting this campaign.
BTW what spec are you using right now?
