To clarify: I am not subscribed to this mod, but I still have some Knightfall stuff, when I open the SIP thingy in game, so there's already an addon for SIP containing Project Knightfall.

@Everscrub but there's already a SIP Knightfall addon, I think that's what people talk about when saying "what does it change over the older one". My guess is it adds support for some Knightfall latest addition, maybe some patches, that enabled new stuff, or something?

SIP is spawnable item pack mod. This allows you to get any item for free, but for obvious reasons, the base SIP mod does not include project Knightfall or an array of other modded content. This mod adds compatibility for SIP -- or so I suppose.
