Nope, all the scripts should be in PBs already but try to readd the Whip's subgrid thruster manager and see if that helps, main cockpit is the upper left one and its subgridded, see if its still set as main cockpit if so try and re-add the subgrid wheel control script, just resubbed and tested in a different world and it still works for me, hope you get it to work it with these for convinience here is the list of the scripts which I used that effects its mobility (other than lcd and some hud scripts):
Whip's Subgrid Thruster Manager
Whip's Subgrid Wheel Control
Whip's Subgrid Gyro Manager

it does work for me and got it confirmed with a couple of ppl so does in pictures I have no idea why it doesn't work for you

Probably due to your world doesn't allow scripts, turn them on from settings
