@Ozymandias that is due to how the game save works. When you enable a mod that increase output for example of the mines, and load a save file the mines that have been already build won't take change, only new ones, this is also true for consumables, skills, weapons, weapon mods, buildings and flora ..
Even if I load up the co-op save by myself the issue persists. So I don't know what it is but it's something to do with the co-op and the 4 weapon slots
Steam folder: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\780310\3279948838
Local folder: Steam\steamapps\common\Riftbreaker\mods
If worked for them might work for you

Now I'm out of options qaq
I solved it by using the original mod -----Increased Slots
Also I checked both files of inventory.gui to see if there is any difference between publish date and current version of the Riftbreaker, and there is no change in the original file, only in the mod file. Here [imgur.com].
Again, just in case you didn't know. ^_^
At least it's not "root modding" - like it was on game release...
