@Jacist you started new save with this mod or loaded saved file?

@Ozymandias that is due to how the game save works. When you enable a mod that increase output for example of the mines, and load a save file the mines that have been already build won't take change, only new ones, this is also true for consumables, skills, weapons, weapon mods, buildings and flora ..

Still an issue however I can confirm it works in Singleplayer, but not in Co-op. Also, specifically it's the 4 weapon slots that are an issue. The 8 mech slots works regardless. tried your attempted fix with 1 other in co-op. We both double checked, we only have this mod running for the test.

Even if I load up the co-op save by myself the issue persists. So I don't know what it is but it's something to do with the co-op and the 4 weapon slots

I just updated the mod, that should force steam check files again. BUT if that doesn't change some users in the past have said that copying the mod from steam folder to local mod folder worked for them

Steam folder: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\780310\3279948838
Local folder: Steam\steamapps\common\Riftbreaker\mods

It means that in player.ent the subslot count is 3 when it should be 5, Which causes exactly what you describe with the weapon slots. To find what is conflicting the only way would be to enable this mod and check enable with other mods on your mod list until you find the culprit.

is there a way to figure out what else is conflicting with this mod? the mech slots work fine but the extra weapon slots toggle a dummy rocket launcher in the menu, but don't actually work or bring up the weapon selection menu

oh, Increased Slots doesn't work too,only UI,no interaction.

@Claus I have the same problem with @daniellim77. Yesterday the mod was working fine, but when I start my game today, there is just 4 slots. However, it seems that the loaded module is still working, and the drones are still there, just the UI not showing.I have tried with the mod alone, but it didn't work.
I solved it by using the original mod -----Increased Slots

@ daniellim77 Have you tried with the mod alone? I downloaded the mod from steam and it's working when I tried, here Video .

Also I checked both files of inventory.gui to see if there is any difference between publish date and current version of the Riftbreaker, and there is no change in the original file, only in the mod file. Here [imgur.com].

@claus no slots in the inventory, just like i never installed the mod. However i found a way to make this way, download your mod and paste it into my own workspace.. then is work.

Fyi - In case you might not know, when ever the devs update the game they also update the changed_content_full_01.txt file in the root folder of riftbreaker. If GUI/Menu files are changed, you might see it there. So if this mod breaks after an updated, you can easily see it there.

Again, just in case you didn't know. ^_^

one thing you could do to merge mods is to copy the actual changes into a local mod that you use. I've done that a few times to turn 2 or 3 incompatible mods into one that works

Riftbreakerr mods uses a "Patch modding" method. and this means that mods editing the same files are in complete conflict with other mods editing same files.

At least it's not "root modding" - like it was on game release...

@Voltoth its another mod causing the issue. Any other mod that changes player.ent will overwrite this one, and the reference of the slots will be missing.
