The Rhea Liberation Coalition is a collection of stations on and around Rhea who have a more collectivist and socialist style of governance. They work with other Jovian forces for necessity but feel that they don't give enough to their people and want a more self autonomy and fight for their own resources to be used at home rather than being sent off to other groups as exports.

KOTOMI is a Corporation with branches in PMCs, Research and Development as well as Security Contracts. @Comrade Crab created the initial designs. There's an update soon that'll have the fonts and the text fixed up.

ER doesn't have factions in the editor yet. Most of the items added are in the arsenal for the moment. The error is in relation to The Kuiper Engagements recently adding AceX support.
