idk whats going on with whatever you are doing but to delete my water effect mod you go to steam/commen/AOE2HD/Water/watereffects. delete it there and go to mod folder to delete it as well

because i installed someones texture mod and now i have un subscibed to his mod and deleted the files from mod folder but stil the textures are still there ?

yes now i got it just suddenly all graphic in the game had changed the water to but now i woundering how do i delete or uninstall a mod ??
