Small and unique, not filled with 10 billion zombies and gun stores. This puts most large maps to shame. We need more like it.
I just spent 20 minutes trying to figure out TF the utility mod is compatible with and you have it so partitioned out I could tell exactly where the overlap would be.
Also, 11/5 planning on this map location, you knocked it outta the park.
In the spawn selection screen when you make a character (and possibly elsewhere too) the " Crowlake, KY" has an extra space at the beginning. I would really appreciate if you could remove it.

Managed to turn my Ranger on the side by launching over some zombie corpses there when I first explored the place. :D
If you want to fix a very minor visual oversight - the power cables coming in from the south running next to the road are cut off on the cell change and end in thin air.
