Heyo, amazing work! Just wanted to say that this mod should probably keep your versions of the new DLC cards, even for the empire. Particularly your infantry just fits in much better next to the older style card art.

For some reason this mod makes the Nurgle RoR (even on DLC RoR) have vanilla cards as well. Is that intended?

@r1kko It's cool, I think the title you went for does a very similar thing. And it pairs nicely in WH3MM. Just keep in mind that my suggestion would result in LOADS of more attention/subscribers for this mod here, might be enough to rotate on Workshop Home - I guess it depends whether you want that or not.

TY for your submod very good idea for old players. I just test it with submod priority. The three first units of Empire are not the original. They are same of your main mod. Can you confirm or update please?

its strange, for wh3 mod manager i even putted "!!" in name of the submod file to give it bigger priority by default

I am using WH3 mod manager and it placed this mod above the main one. Not sure why it didnt work. I will try using the default manager then. Thanks!

When using only this mod and the main one, the empire infantry still has the same unit cards as in the main mod. (tested only using those 2 mods). Could you please have a look?

Idea: Alternative Unit Cards could, for 2-3 weeks, add at the end of the mod's title

"Added EMP/BRT Cards - Remover submod linked in description"

That could really help spread the word both among users navigating Steam pages - as well as WH3MM users, reduce any confusion - and give you more happy subscribers as you deserve, @R1kko! <3 Keep in mind that a unit card is uncritical to activate on new CA versions - which is why I think most WH3MM will just activate it and might never come to the page here...

Some of these people will think CA changed them, I think

AH! I just launched version 5.0 and saw the new unit cards immediately. But ofc I launched with Alt Cards activated to see the changes. As VANILLA units (like Spearmen or Swordmen) changed, this made me believe CA decided to randomly give some new cards to units with 10 year old cards....
But that's a ridiculous thought. For just 9 EUR, they'd never do smth like that. ;)

Now I get it: these changes actually come from the (required) Alternative Unit Cards mod. As an avid EMP/BRT player, I had totally forgotten this mod changes vanilla units ("Special Unit Cards" only changes cards for MODDED units, mind you)!

It's the most confusing for people like me who already launch 5.0 the 1st time with the Alt Unit Cards main mod activated. Sorry for the mess, bro

sigmars_disciple empire and bretonnia infantry cards are now modded in the main mod - this mod removes them, makes vanilla cards back

Erm brother, I'm massively into unit cards and both races - but to be honest I still have no idea which unit cards exactly you're referring to

To be fair, I'm just installing 5.0 so haven't seen the changes that occured (I'm not holding my breath for a lot of vanilla changes). Maybe I'll be embarrassed in 20 mins as it turns out to be more obvious than I thought. But either way, showing at least some examples of the Alternative unit cards that this changes "back" would be pretty great I think :) Thanks!
