i wasnt sure if .cfg mattered so i just double checked

'exec glows' & 'exec glows.cfg' both work from autoexec, the mod does nothing so you dont need to enable it (or even stay subscribed) when you're done
my only guess is your autoexec doesnt work (maybe its actually .txt file?) so im not sure

Doesn't work. It's ON in Add-on in L4D2. I put glows.cfg in Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\ and typed
"exec glows" in my autoexec.

you cant but you can put `exec glows.cfg` in your autoexec so it always runs at startup

cuestion it's work in versus

if it’s in your auto exec you don’t need to do it a second time either since it automatically does it
binary  [autor] 3. kvě. 2024 v 7.48
just add “exec glows” to your autoexec, all autoexec is is just automatically executing whatever console commands you write in it
Digital_Revenant 3. kvě. 2024 v 6.45
How do I add it to autoexec?
binary  [autor] 28. dub. 2024 v 8.41
just the glows, so it'd be Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\glows.cfg
Digital_Revenant 28. dub. 2024 v 3.15
Do I need to extract the whole root folder to cfg or just the glows?
binary  [autor] 27. dub. 2024 v 10.03
among other reasons.. like as Survivors biled and incapped use the same color so you cant tell if someone downed is biled on without being next to them
binary  [autor] 27. dub. 2024 v 10.02
maybe like a little

i always thought the default glows were ugly though even back on 360 lol (not that they changed, it's just been 10-11 years)

theyre somewhat different
